Tryouts Produce New Tigerettes

Earlier this month Coach Anna Jorgenson and assistant coach Sarah Hirschi held tryouts for the 2008-2009 Tigerettes. Many tried out, and most everyone made the team. The girls who made Varsity are Emily Perkins, Amanda Schafer, Enjouli Hirst, Tenesha Brindley, Samantha Neppl, Tomi Endter, Ahia Nkwocha, Shakelle Manwaring, Madison Barney, Shaynae Gubler, Shaylee Williamson, Danielle Ritchey, Emily Gardiner, Kim LeBaron and Mckayla Endter. The girls who made Junior Drill “Football Team” are Kristina Langston and Anna Atkinson. We would like to congratulate all who made the team. The team is looking forward to this year, and is expecting it to be a great one!
Coaches Anna and Sarah are hoping to add on a few more girls for the Junior Varsity team and will therefore be holding JV tryouts on April 23. The JV team will be performing a six minute production at half time during the football games. The Tigerettes will be holding a yard/bake sale April 26 in front of the High School tennis courts from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thank you for being such a supportive community.
